Anomaly; plural noun: anomalies

1. Something that deviates from what is standard, normal, or expected.



Anomalies are a series of experimental prints using various applications and styles to create random images, mirroring each to create an image that represent traditional Japanese masks, dolls and samurai helmets.

‘Anomalies’ were shown at Wall&Wall, Ayoama, Tokyo. 16/10/25 as part of the Keltronika event, as part of ‘Wales Japan 2025’.

‘Anomalies’ were also selected as part of ‘Shared Roots, Shared Futures: Wales and Japan 2025’ at the Embassy of Japan, London. 08/12/25. An Exhibition Celebrating Creativity, Connection and Cultural Exchange between Wales and Japan. The exhibition also featured Jonathan Edwards, Llio James and Junko Mori.
